How do you communicate with the patients and how does
pre IVF treatment start ?
We believe that the most important part of an
infertility treatment is the communication between the
patient and the doctor
For this reason, we will call you or reply you via
emails as fast as we can. We also offer patients video
conferencing through SKYPE software. http://www.skype.com
First, we receive the application of the patient. If
there is anything missing, we advise the patient
We will work closely with patient`s local gynecologist
in order to understand the medical situation more
clearly
If we decide to accept you as a patient, oral
contraceptive treatment will start on the menstrual
bleeding and continue for 21 days.
After the last pill, the flight will be scheduled and
the patient will be in Turkey on the second day of the
next menstrual cycle.

How long will I stay in Istanbul ?
The stay is approximately 17 nights.
Treatment starts on the second day of menstrual cycle
Ovarias will be stimulated and followed closely by
ultrasound guidance.
Egg retrieval will be next under anesthesia.
In the mean time, sperm will be taken from the partner
and ICSI will be performed
After 3 days of embryo development, Embryo Transfer ET
will be done under anesthesia if wanted
The next day or the day after, couple may return back to
home country
The 17 night stay can be reduced if your local
gynecologist takes over some part of the treatment.

However we can assist you via our affiliated travel
agents.
Package pricing may include all of the following,
2 return trip, flight tickets to Istanbul

What if something goes wrong with my treatment ?
Before your departure back to your country, we will make
sure that you are satisfied with our services
However, one should always bear in mind that there are
certain risks involved in infertility treatments. Not
every patient responds the same way. For example,
sometimes patients response poor to ovarian stimulation
( no eggs recovered) or ovarian hyperstimulation might
occur and threaten the health. In these situations ,
treatment will be cancelled or substituted with an
alternative option. Also, if it is not possible to get
sperm from azospermic patient, the treatment will be
cancelled.

What will happen after the treatment ?
We will continue our contact when you return back to
your country.
After 12 days of Embryo Transfer , pregnancy test will
be performed. If the result is positive, we will be in
contact with both you and your gynecologist on a regular
basis and advise if needed.
If the result is negative, we will discuss the possible
reasons and try to determine what we can do more for you.

Are your success rates reliable ?
The success rates are published by the clinic, verifed
by Turkish Health Ministry.

For Women with FSH under 10, normal uterus and available
sperm :
below age 38---50-60%
38-40 of age ---40 %
40 and above---25 %
These figures indicate clinical pregnancy which is
considered as fetal heartbeat of the baby observed on
ultrasound, approximately 3 weeks afer the Embryo
Transfer
